Gulf Strategic Partners was founded by Wayne D. Giles. Mr. Giles combines a BSME and MBA with twenty-five years of industry experience in the power, petrochemical, oil and gas, water and wastewater industries. International experience includes stints on six continents and working with a cross section of cultures.

The last ten years have primarily been in the GCC region where as a consultant to the Saline Water Conversion Corporation, General Manager of an industrial services company and Group Vice President of a large Saudi owned diversified conglomerate, a wealth of experience and contacts have been gained. He has consistently improved revenue and profits in all types of organizations from engineered services, consumer products and trading companies.
